Return Policies
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- All purchases made in-store and online are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Exchanges can be made in-store.
Return Period
- Returns for online and in-store orders must be initiated within 45 days from the original shipment date to receive a credit in the original form of payment.
Condition of Merchandise
- Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition.
- Items must have the original tags attached.
Packaging Requirements
- Exchanged items must be returned in their original boxes and bags, including all original hang-tags.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your shoes arrive damaged or defective due to shipping, we will:
- Cover the full cost of return shipping.
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Offer either a replacement or a full refund once we receive the damaged item.
Exchanges (Incorrect Size or Style):
- If you need to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll send out the exchanged shoes.
