Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    • All purchases made in-store and online are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
    • Exchanges can be made in-store.

Return Period

    • Returns for online and in-store orders must be initiated within 45 days from the original shipment date to receive a credit in the original form of payment.

Condition of Merchandise

    • Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition.
    • Items must have the original tags attached.

Packaging Requirements

    • Exchanged items must be returned in their original boxes and bags, including all original hang-tags.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your shoes arrive damaged or defective due to shipping, we will:
    • Cover the full cost of return shipping.
    • Provide a prepaid return shipping label.
    • Offer either a replacement or a full refund once we receive the damaged item.

Exchanges (Incorrect Size or Style):

  • If you need to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please note:
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll send out the exchanged shoes.
